Until I sang, the idea of being open on stage always seemed suspicious to me – no no! You need an image, a legend, professionalism, precision and manic rehearsal work or anything that would create the illusion that I was in control of everything.
And the truth is, nothing.
It's just me and the listener. And then there's that field between us, the current and strength of which don't even always depend on us.
Therefore, every concert is a viscous longing to experience union. That electrification of a common field, in which words and music are not just signs. In which understanding and a sense of security are born as a consequence.
Such nudity is painful.
Anyone who dives in a similar way will understand.
