The legendary band "Karališka erdvė" has given in to requests - they are returning for a concert at the Palanga Concert Hall on August 15th of this year.
This news, which came as a surprise to many, was announced at the end of the band's concert in Kaunas. During the performance, the performers talked about their future plans - they promised their fans two more concerts this year. One of them, which will take place in Palanga during Žolines, was confirmed right during the concert. The band has previously said that they will not return to the stage.
"The energy and love we feel from our fans is incredible. So many years have passed, but the feeling that our songs are still relevant is incredibly touching. It makes me want to meet again," said singer Neringa Levulienė.
About the group:
"Karališka erdvė" was formed in the mid-1990s, when its members were still in school. In 1995, they released their debut album "Serbentėlė", and later four more: "Šoki su manim", "Du tūsdančiai ir viena naktis", "Debesėliai" and "Aistra". The group constantly experimented with musical styles, going beyond the traditional boundaries of the pop music genre of the time. After seven years of musical activity and intensive concerts in Lithuania and abroad, "Karališka erdvė" unexpectedly retired from the big stage. The group members, who surprised many with their decision at the time, completely withdrew from public life, did not engage in other activities, devoted themselves to their families and for many decades carefully guarded their privacy. The group returned to the stage only at the end of 2024 and since then has held two concerts.
