The band has made a resounding return to the stage after a 23-year hiatus "Dinamika" continues its amazing musical journey and will entertain audiences in the Lithuanian resort capital on July 5th.
"I cordially invite everyone to meet in Palanga, where we will put on an amazing show. We will return after a bit of a break, rested after a huge arena tour, full of strength, new momentum and new energy," says Irma Jurgelevičiūtė, who, together with Gintautas Brokas, recently rocked the major Lithuanian arenas on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the formation of "Dinamika".
Especially for the concert at the seaside, the band decided to revive not only legendary hits, but also recreate the iconic cover design of their seventh album "1998mt" ("13 Truths of Love"), released in 13, which became Irma Jurgelevičiūtė's last album with "Dinamika".
"For me, this cover is one of the most beautiful in the band's history. Those yellow and blue colors, the wind, and the tangled hair symbolize a sense of freedom, summer warmth, sun, and lightness. I had even forgotten, but Gintautas reminded me that it was with this album that I said goodbye to "Dinamika". That's why "13mt" is even more precious to me," says I. Jurgelevičiūtė.
The story of "Dinamika" was born in Kaunas in 1992, and at the beginning of its musical journey, the group was still called "Saulės vaikais". Musician Gintautas Brokas was the face of the group from the very first day, while Irma Jurgelevičiūtė joined the group as the lead vocalist a year later.
The active musical activity of "Dinamika" lasted for about 12 years, during which the group released as many as 12 albums. "Dinamika" shone with the brightest light in the Lithuanian show business world, and not everyone knew the lyrics to such hits as "Ačiū Tau", "Podovanok Man", "Meilės lietus" or "Palinkėk man gero vėjo".
The legendary band "Dinamika", accompanied by talented local musicians, will throw the hottest party at the Palanga Concert Hall on July 5, the festive National Day weekend.
