Oh, yes! Let's take off our "academic" shoulders and look at it simply. "We just miss Strauss!"
And considering that Strauss's music will be performed by the Kaunas City Symphony Orchestra, with whom we have been collaborating for many years, everyone knows that the concert will be amazing!
With this orchestra, we shook the walls of the Berlin Philharmonic. Also, the list of singers with whom the orchestra has recorded more than one album would be probably the longest among all Lithuanian orchestras. This is a solid, excellent sounding collective of almost 50 musicians. My dears, this is serious, solid, beautiful! Believe me - you won't have to go to Vienna anymore! An evening of Strauss's music is coming to Palanga.
