The exhibition of paintings by Klaipėda-based artist Andrius Vengalis "Palette" presented at the Palanga Concert Hall is a sensitive, intuitive and very personal artistic journey into the very essence of creativity. Although many know Andrius as a photographer, this time he invited the audience to another side of his creative world - painting, in which the most important guide is not a pre-planned idea, but a spontaneously born color.
The opening of the exhibition brought together close friends of the author, representatives of the world of culture and art, and among the guests was the editor of the magazine "Logos". The atmosphere of the evening was intimate, sensitive and full of real connection - there was no shortage of lively conversations, meaningful discussions about creativity, intuition and the role of art in the modern world.
The exhibition "Palette" is special for the author in that it was born from a very personal relationship with the creative process itself. It is not an exhibition based on traditional planning or preconceived concepts, but rather a trust in intuition, the moment, and the very energy of painting.
"Palette is special to me because it is a very personal and intuitive journey into creativity itself," says the artist.
The name "Palette" was also chosen not by chance. According to the author, the palette is the truest mirror of the painter - a place where, without a prior plan, the purest color interactions, unexpected forms and authentic moods are born. It is here that sincerity, expression and creative truth lie.
