Ieva Dūdaitė will assist the Vienna Mozart Orchestra

The original Vienna Mozart Orchestra, which enchanted Lithuanian audiences last year, returns with a special message - December 19th concert In Palanga, he will perform together with the famous pianist of our country, Ieva Dūdaitė, who will be the host of the evening and will play the piano.

According to a press release, the orchestra, which was founded in 1986 and will celebrate its 40th anniversary next year, organizes over 150 concerts annually.

The orchestra regularly tours around the world, and this year, on December 19, 21, and 22, it will celebrate the big holidays of the year on three stages in Lithuania.

The Vienna Mozart Orchestra stands out from other orchestras not only for its impeccably performed music, but also for its original image - the orchestra members appear dressed in historical costumes and wigs from the late 18th century, also known as the Mozart era, which creates an even more authentic experience for the audience.

In concerts, the orchestra performs music by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Johann Sebastian Bach, Karl Komzak, Luigi Boccherini, Edvard Grieg, Franz Joseph Haydn, Antonín Dvorák, Johann Strauss and other world-famous composers, and for three concerts in Lithuania, it also invited one of our country's most famous pianists, Ieva Dūdaitė.

"I have known about this orchestra for many years, but a year ago I finally had the opportunity to see them perform live and I was sincerely impressed by both their music and their image. When I received the invitation to join, I was of course very happy, because it would be the greatest honor for me to present such an orchestra in my country," says the pianist.

The orchestra, which has toured more than 35 countries around the world, unites over 40 musicians from famous Austrian orchestras and ensembles, which allows it to maintain the highest level of mastery while performing in a variety of sizes. The orchestra, which performed in Lithuania last year, received huge ovations and excellent reviews from the audience.

The festive concert of the Vienna Mozart Orchestra, which will also feature Ieva Dūdaitė, will take place on December 19 at the Palanga Concert Hall.
