Every year, on St. Valentine's Day, people try to express their feelings in a way that will be remembered by those they are intended for for a long time.
Whether it's your significant other, parents, siblings, or maybe a pet - everyone deserves moments that may never happen again.
According to a press release, The Roop, who are organizing a special concert "Valentine on Fire" at the Palanga Concert Hall on February 14, are offering fans just such an opportunity.
"If you want to celebrate love, you have to do it brightly and differently, that's why we decided to create a special platform, where anyone who wants to can record their own voice message of love, and we promise it will be heard during the concert in Palanga.
"If you are not able to express your feelings out loud or do not want to express them, you can write down your feelings or your most memorable experiences in writing - we will share the letters on the large screens installed on the stage. Those who do not want to reveal their names can do so anonymously," say the members of "The Roop".
Vaidotas Valiukevičius, Mantas Banišauskas, and Robertas Baranauskas call this idea for a Valentine's Day concert in Palanga a kind of social experiment.
"We tell our stories through songs, so this time let us tell your story, coloring it and illustrating it with music. It is also important that all your messages will influence the course of the concert. We invite you to see how it will look live on February 14 at the Palanga Concert Hall," the band members intrigue.
According to The Roop, this can be a great opportunity to prepare a surprise for a loved one sitting in the hall and hearing your voice or reading beautiful words on the screen.
“But you can record anything – your thoughts on love, a personal special story, a memorable one-night stand, or a poem you wrote yourself,” says V. Valiukevičius.
"This will not be the only surprise for lovers at the Valentine on Fire concert, we are preparing more surprises. Our goal is to celebrate love in the most interesting way possible. Therefore, even if a person who wants to propose on stage approaches us and thinks of another way to show their love, we will definitely come up with something together. The most important thing is to dare, love and dream," adds the band leader.
The concert "Valentine on Fire" promises to be an experience full of energy, love and memorable moments. The event will take place in a place specially chosen for this occasion, on the seashore, which will provide an atmosphere of warmth and closeness. "The Roop" will perform not only their brightest hits, such as "On Fire", "Discoteque", "Spring", "Heat". Also, an important event awaits those gathered - brand new songs from the upcoming album, which will be released in late spring, will be heard.
The group has previously said that they are preparing a colorful show for Valentine's Day in Palanga: "There will be fire, peace, and our characteristic strangeness, energy, and brightness. Well, just like in love itself."
