in 2025 January 4 Palanga concert hall (Tickets are on sale here) will become the home of the fairy-tale world - the long-awaited premiere of the musical play "The Nuts for Cinderella" will take place here. This performance is a great opportunity for the whole family to immerse themselves in the magical atmosphere of fairy tales and rediscover a well-known story with new, modern accents. It is not only a musical spectacle that captivates the hearts of the audience, but also a meaningful, enlightening lesson about love, devotion and the victory of goodness. For Palangians, this performance is an opportunity to see the country's brightest stars on stage and immerse themselves in unique emotional experiences together with their loved ones. Davis reveals that he needed to mature for the role of the King.

"When you are on stage for more than half of your life and at the beginning you play children, princes, later you become princes' friends, cheerful advisers, and then naturally the time comes for the role of the King. Although the King is probably impossible to act, he is played by those around him, whose attitude, such as bending, not looking up, etc., shows that this character is the King," shares the performer.

Dave admits that the role of the King has come to him for the first time.

"I see the King created for everyone in the musical performance "Cinderella Nuts" in such a way that it would be fun for young viewers as well, and adults would read relevant messages between the lines. It's such a phenomenon, when both children and adults enjoy watching the same play," shares Davies.

In life, Davies Norvilas is sincere, open and straightforward, and he is like that on stage, creating bright, colorful, funny and even sometimes crazy roles. Renata Norvilė agrees with her husband, saying that he is the king in the play, while she herself tends to stand in the background and not interfere.

"We've been in musicals like 'Paris Cathedral' where Dave played Quasimodo and I played Fleur de Lys, last year in 'The Fairy Tree' Dave was a rich mole and I played a witch who ended up being a couple. This December, we will be a real couple on stage, playing the King and Queen in a new musical production for everyone, The Nutcracker for Cinderella. My husband helps me a lot in rehearsals. Of course, sometimes we argue when rehearsing or recording a song, because he wants it one way and I hear it another way. But more often I learn from him, I listen to his every word, because he is a professional singer and his opinion is especially important to me", says Renata about being on stage together.

However, Dave finds it more difficult to be a couple on stage because he is "sick of both".

"I'm a bit of a perfectionist and everything has to be especially good for me on stage. It is very important to me that the role, the voice, the steps - everything is done perfectly. Therefore, I see every detail that still needs to be "polished", polished like a diamond. Of course, creating a role together with Renata is on the one hand easier, because she understands me from a raised eyebrow, but on the other hand, everything is not so simple, because I am extremely concerned not only about how I will appear, but also how Renata will play. I'm probably "sick of both," Davis shares the secrets of being together with his wife on stage.
